AYO Australia is excited to announce, Manse Medical / Sleep Health Group in Australia,

now use and recommend AYO, across their five clinics, as their preferred and recommended light therapy treatment, for patients.

Light therapy can be very useful in treating sleep disorders and AYO are more preferable to use for their convenience, to the older style light box therapy, (which required sitting a certain distance from the actual box for a period of time) and for the ease of use with the smartphone APP. 

The control given to the user by using the APP, takes the guesswork out of how and when to use them, to get the best results.
