How long does delivery take?  Will I receive a tracking number?

Once ready, your AYO order will be carefully packaged and sent to the address you have provided us with. 

We ship with Australia Post, to Australian destinations and New Zealand. (other locations by special request)

Your order will be dispatched between 1 - 3 business days.

 

The delivery is estimated to take 2 - 10 business days, depending on your location.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message from us, with the tracking code.  A signature will be required to accept delivery of your order. 

 

Can I change my delivery address?

It is possible in most cases, unless your order has been already shipped. 

 

If you would like to or need to change your delivery address, please contact us at info@ayoaustralia.com.au,  as soon as possible, (including your order number, full name, original address on the order and preferred change of address).

We will make contact to advise if we are able to carry out your request.

 

What if my order is damaged on arrival?

We are very sorry to hear that!

In those extremely rare circumstances, please email info@ayoaustralia.com.au within 7 days of receiving your package, including some pictures of the package and a description of how you believe it is damaged.

Please make sure to keep the original packaging, since this one becomes part of the claim process with the postal carriers.

Without this information and proof of damage to original packaging, we may not be able to substantiate you claim.
